We now have available for your convenience, 20 foot long, wind and watertight shipping containers for hire. These shipping containers are fully refurbished to ensure the valuables you store inside are safe and sound from water and rodent damage. These shipping containers give you arpproximately 35 / m3 of storage area in which to secure all your valuable items.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SHIPPING CONTAINER STORAGE

 

All items are stored in the shipping container at the owners own risk, unless prior arrangements are made ie; insurance cover arranged by Mordialloc Caravan and Boat Storage and paid for in full by the lessee of the shipping storage container. If insurance is arranged by the lessee, proof of that insurance is required to be submitted to Mordialloc Caravan and Boat Storage. 

 

Under no circumstances are the shipping containers to be used for the storage of dangerous goods. For the purposes of this contract, Dangerous goods are anything that maybe flammable, cause injury to the shipping container or people. Mordialloc Boat and Caravan Storage reserves the right to refuse a shipping container to any person or entity they feel may have items to store that fall under the Dangerous Goods definition.

 

Direct Debit Payment facilities are available. It is the lessees responsibility to ensure sufficient funds are in the nominated account on the day of the payment. Any costs occurred by Mordialloc Caravan and Boat Storage will be passed on to the lessee to repay. If there are insufficient funds available on three occasions, direct debit facilities may be withdrawn at the discretion of Mordialloc Caravan and Boat Storage.

 

If payments fall 2 months in arrears, Mordialloc Caravan and Boat Storage reserves the right to sell any or all items in the shipping container to recover outstanding monies owed.
